Another homerun from Chef Roland and his staff at Calibré Cuisine. Interesting bites that please both the eyes and the palete, Chef Roland heightens the experience with his personal charm when he comes and greets you at your table. As much as the food is exquisite, the restaurant experience is made more complete with a friendly and knowledgeable staff that are excited about what they serve. A magnificent experience for all the senses! As soon as you walk through the door, the warm welcome sets the table for the evening to come. Our server Nathanaël is attentive, courteous and friendly. We feel appreciated as a customer! Then, the smell that emanates from the kitchens is intoxicating and makes your mouth water. Everything we tasted was exquisite. What can I say about the texture and taste of the scallops… it’s divine! The food is expertly prepared and sought after. I only have one regret: not having tried this gem of a restaurant sooner!

When we arrived, the hostess welcomed us very professionally and kindly. We already feel a very pleasant atmosphere, inside there is quiet and relaxing ambient music for a very promising evening. After the explanation of the different specialized menus, we can't wait to savor one of the dishes which all seem to be haute cuisine. Charming service, the staff are kind and attentive to us the customer which perfectly complements this magnificent evening. Even the chef took a few minutes to greet us. If you like the choice of wines, the restaurant has an excellent choice for the wine list! We had a very special opportunity to celebrate our wedding anniversary in all simplicity, but in a truly special and warm place, everything was perfect! Special thanks to Rachel.
